    • Own airflow-token-enforcer, Okta's SLT migration platform revoking unauthorized PATs and SSH keys across 41 GitHub orgs (3,000+ users); shipped 20+ PRs for the July 31, 2026 cutover of 44 bot accounts (24 on the SLT allowlist).
    • Co-built the setting-syncer GitHub App, a config-as-code enforcement pipeline covering repo settings, rulesets, and bypass-actor guardrails across Okta's 41-org GitHub estate.
    • Built observability across all 3 apps I own: StatsD metrics, an 8-section Grafana dashboard, PromQL alerts, DAG heartbeats with 24h staleness alerts, and 4h per-org SLA alerts wired to PagerDuty P2/P3.
    • Shipped a deferred-delete SQS consumer that stopped silent audit-event loss on worker crashes; added receipt-handle dedup in batches to work around AWS BatchEntryIdNotDistinct errors on the 5,000-msg alert-threshold queue.
